I am Iso, 32, from Germany, founder of VIMOSA — Virtual Museum of Survival Art, Anti-Discrimination & Science — for true equality.

STORYTIME
Have you heard about that man in Barcelona who built a church by himself? That's what I am doing, just virtually — and it is not a church, it's something new.

It is being built by a former homeless person — that's me. I was not homeless from drugs or mistakes, but from dreams of using my potential that the small town I came from wouldn't support I left to start over, the big city said I have to go back — but I stayed!

2 years later I was living dreams I couldn't have imagined. I started skating, became one of the best, had sponsors, friends — yeah, the isolation guy was sweet and loved, take that judgers! Get this, I am still sweet, sometimes, in the right light :) Also I started to teach myself music production — I didn't even know where music comes from. How I taught myself producing: I never took a course, i learned it all by feeling and accidentally became a sound-designer by using the poor sound sources I had to work with. Today I can make magic out of anything, any frequencies are valuable for me, I love all sound — if you like, in the VIMOSA (www.theisolationartist.com/iso-music) you can read more about my sound journey and incredible discoveries. Sadly in the end of 2014 one day I couldn't metabolize food anymore, for good, and I was doomed to die. How I survived is unreal ... I kind of didn't eat for years, and I invented a rare starving diet based on understanding I unlocked that made it possible. I wrote a book about it (poetic, and all about the art I created during survival), available in the VIMOSA room Eggy-Movement — for free of course.

Now 7 years later, 7 years older, against all odds I've returned even to sports, when my series Saturdance started. I wanted to use dancing to prepare my body for my skateboarding comeback, when I accidentally fell in love with a new sport i discovered messing around with street-obstacles: parkour! I never thought about this sport before ... watch the series, it's incredible what love can make possible, i am ALL IN. Since these health issues I have been stuck in a spiral without basic human dignity. The system doesn't support me, and I have no value as person or artist. I am at the edge of homelessness, I have to find a home right now when you're reading this ... it's a bit of a struggle, so sometimes I am emotional, but I do my best to get through. Once I find a home, I will focus on music and remixes and I want to blow the world away — I haven't even started yet.

I dedicate my remixes to my landlord, who made it possible by giving me money for headphones and music software. She is the best person in my life. 

My dream is equality, 
one big family, humanity.
